Privacy Policy
Effective August 5, 2026
This policy covers getcultivate.ai, our public website. It explains what we collect from visitors and prospects and what we do with it.
It does not cover the CUltivate AI platform. Information your credit union and its members put into the platform is governed by the agreement between us and your credit union, not by this policy. Member data never leaves your institution.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you submit our demo or waitlist form we collect your first and last name, company, email address and phone number, along with anything else you choose to tell us.
Cookies from our forms. Our forms are provided by HubSpot, which sets cookies in your browser so a submission can be associated with your visit. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking pixels, and we do not log visitor IP addresses on our servers.
How we use it
To reply to you, arrange a demo, and send you information about CUltivate AI that you have asked for. Nothing else.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use service providers who process it on our behalf and only on our instructions:
- HubSpot — forms and customer relationship management
- Amazon Web Services — website hosting
- Cloudflare — DNS
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies and your browser
We do not show a cookie banner. The only cookies set on this site are HubSpot's, described above. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, though our forms may not work correctly if you do.
How long we keep it
We keep prospect information for as long as we have a business reason to, and delete it when we no longer do.
Your choices
Email us at privacy@getcultivate.ai to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights; we follow the same process for everyone who asks.
Security
We protect this information using the controls described in our security program. No system is perfectly secure and we do not claim otherwise.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We update the date above whenever this policy changes, and note material changes on this page.
